Warranty Terms & Conditions

WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD warrants on all its new products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for such period of time as is identified below. This limited warranty covers parts only and is NOT TRANSFERABLE to the next purchaser.

i) Acoustic Piano

WAGNER HAILUN WENDL&LUNG– ten (10) years from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer
PETROF WEINBACH ROSLER– five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer

ii) Digital Piano & Keyboard

HAILUN – one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer
CASIO – one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer

iii) Player Piano System

QRS PNOmation – one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer
QRS PNOmation Upgrade Kit – one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer

iv) Silent Piano System

GENIO – one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer
Headphone & Adapter – six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer

v) Accessories and Print Music

All accessories and print music such as piano benches, piano heater, slow-falls, HLPS system, music stands, violin strings, metronomes, tuners, music books, CD, DVD and other perishable items are NOT covered under warranty and not returnable.

In order for WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD to provide proper warranty service, it is necessary that the purchaser assume certain responsibilities:-

1)We ask you to fill out the “E-warranty Registration” form and sent it to us within 90 days after the purchase of the product with a copy of invoice or receipt showing the original purchase

2) Notify WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD or your authorized dealer of any alleged defect immediately upon their discovery with a detailed explanation of the problem.

3) Allow WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD or an authorized dealer to inspect and provide warranty service which shall be completed within a reasonable time

4) The warranty does not extend to product physically located outside Malaysia

1) If during the respective warranty periods from the date of the original purchase, your product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD and/or its authorized dealer will repair such defect without charge within a reasonable time after notice of defect

2) If WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD determines that the defect cannot be repaired, or if during the warranty period WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD is unable to repair a defect after a reasonable number of attempts WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD will replace the defective product with an identical product or which is reasonably equivalent

3) WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD is not liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly from the sale, handling or use of its piano or any other related cause. Under this warranty, WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD accepts liability that is limited only to the repair or replacement of the product

4) WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD reserves the right to change the limited warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaim all warranties not stated in this limited warranty

5) You will be responsible for any removal charges and/or for any shipping charges to and from your location if the product must be shipped for warranty services

6) A copy of invoice or receipt showing the original purchase must be presented for all warranty claims

1) Normal maintenance works such as tuning, regulation and the results of normal wear.
• Tuning, checking and cleaning: 2 times yearly (or even more pursuant to the playing load)
• Action regulation or adjustment: 2-3 years (or even once per year pursuant to the playing load)
• Action overhauling / reshaping hammers: 8-10 years (or even sooner pursuant to the playing load)

2) Damage caused by exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, which can result in cracks, sticky, checks or discoloration in the finish

3) Damage caused by pest: inserts or animals

4) Damage caused by products plug in other than 220V, fire, earthquake, flood, thunder light and other natural disasters

5) Abnormal strain, neglect, abuse, modification or accidental damage

1) Failure to provide reasonable, necessary and proper care and maintenance

2) Performed by improperly trained or unauthorized dealer/technician

3) Product purchased from an unauthorized dealer

4) The serial number has been altered or removed or the piano itself has been altered in any way from the factory standards

5) In the event that you sell the product

6) Product used and/or shipped outside Malaysia
