Shipping & Delivery

Generally, we shipped worldwide. Due to distribution agreements with certain brands, we cannot ship some items outside Malaysia. Please contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping cost depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Your total shipping charges will be automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.

For International Orders: Please contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist you. The buyer may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer; Wagner Piano has no control over these charges, nor can Wagner Piano predict what they may be.

The surcharge is subject to the delivery address and/or number of steps involve. Please contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist you.

All orders** within Malaysia are shipped via Pos laju and/or City-Link within 1-2 working days, provided all items are in stock. Once your order has been picked up from our distribution centre, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please keep in mind that our delivery time below is an estimation. We cannot guarantee the exact date order will be delivered. And, slower delivery may be expected during holidays or peak periods.


  • Kuala Lumpur          : 1-2 working days
  • West Malaysia          : 2-4 working days
  • East Malaysia           : 3-6 working days

  • Kuala Lumpur         : within 7 working days.
  • West Malaysia        : within 14 working days.
  • East Malaysia         : within 14 working days (excludes Customs Clearance, please contact your local customs office)

For International Orders: Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Please login to your account, click on “Orders” under My Account to get the tracking number in the message section.

If you haven’t yet received a tracking number, that means we’re working on processing your order. Your tracking number will appear in your “Orders” message section as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. 

In the event that the order is returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship order that is returned to us as undelivered or unclaimed. However, customer is responsible for the re-shipping fees based on the original shipping method used for the buyer.

For International Order: The buyer is responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate, beside the re-shipping fees based on the original shipping method used for the buyer.

It is possible to collect the items you have ordered at our store at Jalan Imbi during our regular business hours. While completing your order, kindly select the shipping method “In-Store Pickup K. Lumpur”.

We’ll be in touch by email/and/or/ WhatsApp and/or SMS as soon as your order is ready to be collected from our nominated store.

We encourage self collection by the original buyer. Please fill in the authorized person name (as per MYKAD) and IC number at the “Order Notes” section before you place the order.

During collection, the authorized person needs to bring along the confirmation order and present MYKAD for verification to collect the order. Wagner Piano reserves the rights to reject collection by unauthorized person if it does not fulfill our “In-Store Pickup” criteria.
