RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT
Location: JALAN IMBI, KUALA LUMPUR
| Qualification | : | • Min Diploma or Degree |
| Responsibilities | : | • Provide good service and assistance to customers • Promote, market & sell brands and products that are carried by the Company • Provide good service before and after sales service to customers • Provide customers with information on product pricing and features • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features, sales promotion and competitor’s pricing • Promote and market the brands on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc), including online marketing • Assist in keeping showroom neat, well display and well stock • Able to assist in any other other relevant ad-hoc tasks & assignments |
| Requirements | : | • Must have passion in music and must be able to play piano • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Reasonable proficiency in English • Speaking and reading Mandarin will be added advantage • Basic knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Able to work independently and drive new sales |

| Responsibilities | : | • Provide general administrative & operations support • Scheduling customer appointments • Supporting customer inquiries and assistance by answering questions and providing other supports • Able to assist in any other other relevant ad-hoc tasks & assignments |
